The Electronic Signature Configuration & Support Specialist will provide frontline support (L1/L2) and configuration for the customer's electronic signature platform. The role combines technical setup, user support, and change management with a strong focus on onboarding and training, ensuring smooth adoption by internal staff (including senior stakeholders) and external clients. You will be in charge of:

- Provide L1/L2 support for electronic signature solutions, resolving technical issues and escalating when needed.
- Perform hands-on configuration, updates, and user setup of electronic signature platforms (e.g., DocuSign).
- Support integration with document management systems (e.g., SharePoint, OpenText Content Server).
- Assist users with mobile applications for electronic signatures.
- Deliver onboarding, guidance, and training sessions for internal staff and external clients.
- Create and maintain user guides, FAQs, and knowledge base content to foster adoption.
- Identify recurring issues and propose process or configuration improvements.
- Promote best practices and change adoption across the institution.
